My heart is still full from yesterday...wow, what a great day. We finished up our Heroes sermon series talking about Gideon. The podcast should be on the web by Wednesday. We had a person cross the line of faith and accept Jesus yesterday! No matter how rough my week may have been, nothing excites me more than seeing lives changed. In this case, it's seeing a life saved from eternal separation from God and given life eternal!
Turkey Fest '07 was awesome! To top off the great morning, seeing the body of Christ come together to "Be the Church" and pull this off was a huge rush for me! I can't tell you how incredible it felt to watch everyone step up and be a part of this event. We packaged and delivered 139 meals to hungry families all over our community! A huge thank you to all involved! Kris with the help of many others stepped up BIG TIME and did their thing! Special thanks to NLBC for allowing us to use their building and for helping with the event. A big thanks to Larry and Mandy at Homefront for providing us with the contacts. Chester County Cares donated tons of can goods...thank you! Here are a few pictures...
