Our church got to participate in a Christmas Adopt-a-Child program this year put together by Homefront Christian Outreach, giving gifts to kids in our community that otherwise wouldn't get many gifts. I think our church adopted around 40 kids. The event was last night. We enjoyed a great meal, great music from an incredible jazz band(the dude on the bass was killer), and got to see some excited kids that received incredible gifts from many loving people! I'm so thankful that our church is financially supporting Homefront this coming year! They do some incredible work in our area, and we are blessed to be able to come alongside of them.
