Well here is the big announcement that I promised.
On Saturday, March 22nd we will be having an Easter Egg Hunt! We wanted to do something a little BIGGER than last year and something that has never been done in our area before. This year we will be having a Helicopter Egg Drop! What in the world is a Helicopter Egg Drop? We have secured a helicopter that will drop 20,000 eggs from the air onto the football field at Harmony Park in West Grove. Registration will begin at 12:15pm and the Egg drop will happen at 1pm. There will be candy or toys in every egg. Also, there will be prizes, drawings for several very nice prizes, and snacks & beverages. This event is for kids 12 and under.
This will be an Easter Egg Hunt that you will not want to miss!
Man, how come nobody ever thought of something like this when I was a kid?

Thanks! I wish I could take credit for this idea, but I got it from a church in the South. I figured why should the South have all the fun, let's go for it:)
love the helicopter idea, where did you find one and how much did they charge you?

Someone in our church lined up the helicopter through a local airport...surprisingly not that expensive...a few hundred dollars. Not sure of the exact amount.
